　一昨日の日曜日、朝10時20分に葛西のHOMESに買物に出掛けたところ、こちらの大型店に入った瞬間から、やたらわめき声調子の店内放送がやかましい。

　よぉ〜く聴いてみると、トイレットペーパーもティッシュも充分用意してあるので、お一人様一個限り、きちんと並んでお買い上げ下さい、との呼び掛けでした。

　興味本位で当該商品の売り場に行ってみたら、成程、トイレットペーパーもティッシュも山のようにあって、この日用意したこちらのお店の供給は充分の様子。

　行列も思ったほどではなかったもの、レジは大混雑。

　オジサンは、防水用テープを買いに行っただけだったので直ぐレジに並びましたが、並んでいる人を観察してみると、8割方がお目当ての品物をゲットなさって満足げに並んでいらしゃいました。

　レジでお金を払って再び当該売り場に行ってみると、どちらの商品も従前と変わらない位の量が残っていて、行列は既にチラホラの閑散状態。

　と言うことは、10時開店と同時に、トイレットペーパーとティッシュを買い求めに来た一部のお客様が殺到しただけのこと、ってことなんでしょうか。

　多くの人は、風評被害には惑わされず、普段利用しているお店の棚が空であっても、そのうち騒ぎは収まるだろうと思って落ち着いている、と個人的には思いたいです。

　にしても、マスクは相変わらず、ゲットできませんよねぇ。

　713名もいらっしゃる国会議員の方々も、お偉いお役人諸君も、エンドユーザーの現状をどこまでご存知なんでしょか。

　彼等が、スーパーや薬局の現在進行形の状況を視察に来たと言う話は聞いた事がありませんから、彼等は必要な供給量は手配済みだと仰るばかりで、庶民の手元には届いていない現実を、ひょっとしたら、ご存知なかったりして。

　或いは、末端段階に品物は届いていないことを充分知ってる上で、ひたすら責任逃れのための奇麗事を発信していらっしゃる？

　いずれにせよ、マスクだけならまだしも、本末転倒のトイレットペーパーとティッシュが店頭から姿を消してしまったのは、庶民にとっては超異常事態です。

　こう言うときこそ、55才児の枝野たんや、52才児の苗字を名乗れないで国会議員ごっこをなさってる某女性議員や以下立民党いちゃもん軍団の方々が、率先して庶民の窮状を追求してくれると有難いんですけどねぇ（棒）

　でも、彼等は庶民の生活のことなど、どこ吹く風。

　アベガー、一点突破で、休校問題にウルトラ･スーパー･トランス状態でございます。

　あまりにも大陸･半島チック過ぎて、国民としては笑って済ませるしか為す術はございません。

　いずれにせよ、日経新聞が発表している感染マップ。

　日が経つにつれて白の県が少なくなってきました。

　全都道府県、赤で染まってしまうことがなきよう祈るばかりです。

　それにしても、首都圏は別にして、赤い台地北海道、トリエンナーレ大好き愛知県、2Ｆくんのお膝元の紀伊の国が他県を圧倒する感染者数なのは、長らくのアルくん受け入れで、不感症になってしまっていることを如実に証明しているような気が致します。

修羅場対応に観る明らかに戦力には成り得ないない方々

　安倍総理が来週から春休みまで全国の小中高の臨時休校を要請なさいました。

　これに対しアベガー命の与野党諸君はもちろんのこと増すゴミくんまでもが一斉に喜々としてトランス状態で批判していらっしゃいます。

　もちろん、そんな彼等に国民の安全･安心確保のための対案などあろう筈もなく、ただひたすら現安倍長期政権をレームダック化に持って行きたいがためだけが狙いなのは、多くの国民が見透かしていることではありますが。

　土台、声だけが大きくて、いつだって厚顔無恥の有言不実行実践者の皆様方が、修羅場対応時にはほぼ100％お邪魔虫的存在でしかないことは、有史以来、人類の歴史が証明しています。

　以下は恥ずかしながらオジサンの経験談です。

　オジサンは人は誰にでも最低限の良心と責任感はあるものと若い頃はずっと思っていました。

　その思い込みが崩れたのは30半ばで新規プロジェクトのチーフを任された時のことです。

　意気込んで取組んではみたものの、新規事業だけに、そう簡単に物事は自分が思い描いたようには進んでくれません。

　漸く形が見えてきたのは半年後位からだったでしょうか。

　その間の孤軍奮闘で感じたのは仕事に立ち向かう温度差が人様々であることを如実に実感したことです。

　自ら汗水を流すことに労を厭わず常にポジティブ思考で仕事に向かい続ける人。

　ひたすら黙々と仕事をこなす人。

　文句は言いつつも与えられた仕事だけはキチンとこなす人。

　アイデアは出すが実行は伴わない人。

　オジサンが一番驚いたのはアレコレ口だけは出すものの実務面では全然動かない人が僅か1名いたことです。

　それは直属の上司でした。

　前例のないプロジェクトだっただけに最初は、人生の先輩として色々アドバイスしてくれてるんだなと捉えてましたが、時が経つにつれて言ってくることがいちいち重箱の隅をつっついてくるので、次第にこの人、何かが変とその都度感じてしまう頻度が高まってきました。

　で、それとなく観察していると、色々仰る割にはフォローもしてくれずただの言いっ放し、トラブル対応はもちろんのこと、どんな局面でも自らは一切動かない人物であることが、朧げながらプロジェクトメンバー全員にも判ってきました。

　この上司は声が大きいだけで、ひょっとして、上司としての良心も責任感も微塵もお持ちではない？

　だったら、上司など当にせず、自分達自らの責任で進めるしかないと割り切ったとき、何かがはじけ、プロジェクトが徐々に前向きの方向に転じるようになりました。

　後から判ったことですが、この上司、ご自身では何も動かないでいらっしゃる癖に、プロジェクトの進捗状況は逐一、上層部に詳細に渡って報告していたんだそうです。

　以来、この世の中には有言不実行だけならまだしも、良心も責任感も全く持ち合わせていらっしゃらない方々が極く少数、実際に存在することを体感しました。

　そして以下の本に接した時、オジサンの直感は確信に変わりました。

　この本によりますと、この世には、良心も責任感もない方が25人に1人はいらっしゃるｗ

　この視点を頭の隅に置いておきますと、オヤッ？と感じる方への対処の仕方がだいぶ違ってくるものです。

　言い換えると、あなたは良心の制約から完全に解き放たれていて、罪悪感なしになんでもしたい放題にできる。しかもそのうえ、良心に歯止めをかけられている大多数の人びとのあいだで、あなたが一風変わった有利な立場にいることは、都合よく隠すことができ、だれにも知られずにすむのだ。

　そんなあなたは、どんなふうに人生を送るだろう。自分は巨大な能力を隠しもち、ほかの人たちはハンディキャップ（良心）を抱えている、という条件を、どんなふうに生かそうとするだろう。

　答えは、あなたの欲望しだいで変わってくる。人はみなそれぞれにちがうからだ。

　日本に入国する直前の14日間、訪日客が外国のどこの地域に滞在していたかなんて自己申告以外にイミグレはどうやって把握しするんでしょうか。

　入国カードに記載されていることに基づいて入国審査カウンターでヒアリングする。

　これ以外方法はないように思えるんですが。

　これ即ち、相手が嘘をついているかどうかを見抜くのは、担当官の経験と勘だけが頼りってことでしょう。

　どこの国だって、入国前の14日間、どこの都市に滞在していたかどうかを物理的に証明させてみせるエビデンスなんてありっこありません。

　ですから、多くの普通の国は、中国からの来訪客は十把一絡げで入国禁止にしているんです。

　政府が主権者国民の安全･安心より中朝韓の面子･友好関係を忖度しているとは邪推したくはありませんが、素人目線でも、今回の日本政府のコロナ対策はプロの視点･手法が欠けていて、実に日本らしくないと思えてなりません。

　Mr Watanabe's daughter-in-law - wife of his eldest son Tetsuo, said: 'I've never seen him raise his voice or get mad. He's also caring.

　'I think having lived with a big family under one roof, mingling with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren helped keep a smile on his face as well.'

　Until about a decade ago, Mr Watanabe used to grow bonsai trees and had a collection of about 100 which he used to exhibit.

　After graduating from agricultural school he moved to Taiwan and worked on sugar cane plantation contracts and lived there for 18 years with his wife Mitsue and their children.

　He served in the military towards the end of World War II and then returned to Niigata where he worked in a government office until retirement.

　He also grew fruit and vegetables on the family farm.

　In 1974, he and his son Tetsuo built a new family home with a hectare of farmland where they grew potatoes, tomatoes, strawberries and plums.
